About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will assist customers with selecting eyewear based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law; and educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care. You will maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming phone calls, keep the store clean and organized and merchandise it to brand standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Other duties may be assigned. In some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials, so duties and work practices may vary to meet these requirements. Stores are closed every Sunday.

Requirements

Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
