About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident, and effortless style. The Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder provides an excellent in-store shopping experience and carries out opening and closing procedures. The role supports customers, store operations, product launches, and credit and loyalty programs. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; PHOENIX does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant job experience, with at least 6 months of experience.
• Proficient in using technology, including iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, the sales leadership team, and associates.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system.
• Perform checkout overrides as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and inviting sales floor, checkout area, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Follow company policies and procedures to help ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues and determine a resolution or escalate them; communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
