About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder for its Express store at St. Louis Premium. The role provides an in-store shopping experience for customers and carries out store opening and closing procedures. Associates perform register overrides as needed, maintain safe and organized store areas, support product launches, process transactions, resolve or escalate customer service issues, and promote credit and loyalty programs. Additional essential functions may be assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months.
• Proficiency with technology, including iPads and registers.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours, as defined by the role.
• Ability to meet the position’s physical requirements.
• Ability to interact with customers and provide customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Authorization to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system.
• Perform checkout overrides as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and inviting sales floor, checkout area, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Follow company policies and procedures to protect the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues or escalate them as needed, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
