About The Position

Boot Country is seeking full-time Sales Associates & Key Holders to join their team in downtown Nashville. Sales Associates are crucial to the business, possessing a passion for customer service and aiming to provide the best guest experience. The role involves interacting with people face-to-face, working effectively in a team, and becoming a "Boot Expert" to educate, inform, inspire, and service customers. Key Holders play a vital role in delivering exceptional shopping experiences, developing leadership skills, gaining retail management experience, and contributing to a vibrant retail environment. This position is ideal for motivated, customer-focused individuals eager to grow their retail careers.

Requirements

• Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social and communication skills that make customers feel welcome in our store.
• A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
• A High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service.
• Partner with teammates on tasks, processes, merchandising, and product flow opportunities.

• Take pride in the appearance of the store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Secure all company assets under one's control.
