Requirements

• A passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others feel their best
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of anatomy and body movement
• The ability to complete and pass BODYBAR’s Instructor Training Program
• CPR & AED Certification prior to employment

Nice To Haves

• Pilates or group fitness experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic, form-focused Pilates classes using the BODYBAR method
• Create a welcoming and motivating class environment for all fitness levels
• Provide hands-on coaching, modifications, and expert movement cues
• Build strong member relationships and community inside the studio
• Represent the BODYBAR brand with professionalism and positive energy
• Support an exceptional member experience before, during, and after class
