About The Position

Zales Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. The position requires flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities
