About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life and express love. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant engages customers to understand their needs, presents merchandise and explains product features and benefits, provides information about service plans and financing, and works toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.

Responsibilities
