About The Position

Zales, part of Signet Jewelers, is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by helping them celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and providing information about extended service plans and financing options. The position is responsible for meeting individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
