About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to join its Sales Team. The role is responsible for providing valued customers with a superior experience and helping them celebrate life and express love. Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and meet individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
