About The Position

Zales is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting jewelry and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. The position is available in seasonal, part-time, and full-time arrangements.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
