About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant to provide valued customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, this role involves understanding customers’ needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. Seasonal, part-time, and full-time opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
