About The Position
Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide valued customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants build relationships with customers, understand their needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements
- A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
