About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The role is responsible for providing valued customers with a superior experience by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant works toward individual and team sales goals and helps customers celebrate special moments in their lives.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
