About The Position

Zales is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to join its sales team. The role is responsible for providing customers with a superior experience by understanding their needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options. Associates work toward individual and team sales goals and help customers celebrate life’s special moments. Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong communication and relational skills.
