About The Position

Zales is hiring a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. The role involves building personal relationships with customers, understanding their needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options. Sales Associates work toward individual and team sales goals. Seasonal, part-time, and full-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
