About The Position
Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, sharing product information, explaining service plans and financing options, and working toward sales goals.
Requirements
- A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
- Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
- Provide information about extended service plans and financing options.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
