About The Position
Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, and sharing product information. The role also includes providing information about extended service plans and financing options and working toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements
- A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
- Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.

- Base pay of $15.92–$25.60 plus sales commission; final pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.
