As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to valued customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about service plans and financing. The role is responsible for meeting individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
