About The Position
Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life and express love. Team members engage customers to understand their needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. The role calls for a positive, customer-focused approach and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Flexible availability is needed during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Seasonal, part-time, and full-time opportunities are available.
Requirements
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
