About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its sales team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to valued customers, helping them celebrate life and express love through jewelry. The role involves building personal relationships, understanding customer needs, presenting merchandise and product information, explaining service plans and financing options, and meeting sales goals.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
