About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by learning about their needs, presenting merchandise, and sharing product information. The role also includes explaining extended service plans and financing options and working toward individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
