About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members. As a member of the Sales Team, you will provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting jewelry and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about service plans and financing options. Associates work toward individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
