About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As a member of the Sales Team, you will provide a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and working toward individual and team sales goals. The role calls for a customer-focused approach, strong communication and relationship skills, and flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
