About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its sales team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides customers with a superior experience by learning about their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about service plans and financing options. The role includes meeting individual and team sales goals and helping customers celebrate important moments. The listed base pay is $16.90–$24.60 plus sales commission; final pay depends on experience and qualifications.
