About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant to provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life and express love. The role is part of the Sales Team and focuses on building relationships, understanding customers’ needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and providing information about extended service plans and financing options. The position is available on a seasonal, part-time, or full-time basis.

Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities
