About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide valued customers with a superior experience. The role focuses on building personal relationships, understanding customers’ needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options. Team members work toward individual and team sales goals. Seasonal, part-time, and full-time opportunities are available.

Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
