About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by helping them celebrate life and express love. The role involves learning about customers’ needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, providing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. The position is based at the Tanger Outlet Center in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Requirements

Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.
