About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers and helps them celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, discussing extended service plans and financing options, and achieving individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
