About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As a member of the Sales Team, you will provide a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, sharing product information, and explaining service-plan and financing options. You will work toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
