About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members. As a member of the Sales Team, you will provide valued customers with a superior experience by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options. You will work toward individual and team sales goals and help customers celebrate important moments in their lives.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
