About The Position
Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The role provides a superior experience to customers by helping them celebrate life and express love. Team members learn about customers’ needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. The position calls for a customer-focused approach, strong communication and relational skills, and flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
