About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior sales experience. The role focuses on building relationships with customers, understanding their needs and desires, and helping them celebrate important moments. Sales Associates present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, share information about extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. The position requires flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
