About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior shopping experience and help them celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant engages customers to understand their needs and desires, presents merchandise and explains product features and benefits, provides information about extended service plans and financing options, and works toward individual and team sales goals. The position is based at Yorktown Center in Lombard, Illinois.

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
