As a member of Kay Jewelers' Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers and helps them celebrate life's special moments. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, providing information about service plans and financing, and meeting individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
