About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant to provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life and express love. The position involves understanding customer needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. Seasonal, part-time, and full-time opportunities are available.

Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
