About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, you will build relationships with customers, understand their needs and desires, present merchandise, explain product features and benefits, and provide information about extended service plans and financing options. You will work toward individual and team sales goals. The role is available as seasonal, part-time, or full-time employment.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
