About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. The role involves learning about customers’ needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and working toward individual and team sales goals. Kay Jewelers Outlet offers seasonal, part-time, and full-time positions.

Requirements

Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.
