About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The role is responsible for providing customers with a superior experience and helping them celebrate life and express love. Associates engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, share information about extended service plans and financing options, and meet individual and team sales goals.

The company seeks people who enjoy helping customers celebrate important moments and who bring a positive, customer-focused approach, strong communication and relational skills, and customer service, sales, retail, or jewelry experience. Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
