Arhaus is seeking a full-time Design Consultant in Los Gatos, California. The Design Consultant maximizes sales while consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience and representing the Arhaus brand enthusiastically. Using the company’s selling model, the role closes transactions and conducts business according to company standards, policies, and procedures. The position provides customer service and space-planning assistance while maintaining a sales-driven focus.

Responsibilities

• Meet required monthly sales and productivity standards.
• Continually develop selling behaviors in accordance with the company selling model.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• Maintain a guest book to organize, generate, and cultivate business.
• Follow up proactively and consistently with guests before and after the sale and at delivery.
• Improve performance based on feedback from store management.
• Promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Perform opening and closing duties as directed.
• Accurately perform systems functions and maintain operational standards.
• Record all hours worked.
• Review and act on email and company communications.
• Participate in weekly one-on-ones and team meetings.
• Collaborate with all team members.
