About The Position

Arhaus is seeking a full-time Design Consultant in Fairlawn. The Design Consultant maximizes sales while consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience and representing the Arhaus brand. The role provides customer service and space-planning assistance with a sales-driven focus. Design Consultants use the company selling model to close transactions and conduct business according to company standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Meet required monthly sales and productivity standards.
• Continually develop selling behaviors according to the company selling model.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• Maintain a guest book to organize, generate, and cultivate business.
• Follow up proactively and consistently with guests before and after the sale and at delivery.
• Improve performance based on feedback from store management.
• Promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Perform opening and closing duties as directed.
• Accurately perform system functions and maintain operational standards.
• Record all hours worked.
• Review and act on email and company communications.
• Participate in weekly one-on-ones and team meetings.
• Collaborate with all team members.
