About The Position

Drybar is a blow dry-only bar focused exclusively on blowouts. The Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative, also called a Drybar Bartender, provides excellent customer service and leads clients’ experiences from check-in to check-out. The role helps uphold Drybar standards, creates a memorable client experience, and contributes to a positive shop atmosphere. This position is hiring immediately.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-service-centric environment, such as sales, retail, customer service, store, or salon work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Promote a professional and brand-appropriate image.
• Frequently stand and/or walk for the duration of 6–8-hour shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems is strongly preferred.
• Previous salon or spa experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client experience from check-in to check-out, uphold Drybar standards, and create a memorable experience.
• Set a positive shop atmosphere by approaching the day as if hosting a party.
• Troubleshoot reservation system issues, make changes to Client Profiles, optimize appointments to fit business needs, and check notes to ensure clients’ needs are met.
• Maintain overall shop cleanliness by conducting walkthroughs behind the bar and keeping the front desk area clean.
