Requirements
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Passion for customer service and connecting with people
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism under pressure and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6–8 hour shifts
- Thursday–Sunday availability required
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and create an elevated guest experience from the moment they walk in
- Manage appointments, phone calls, and salon flow like a pro
- Recommend memberships, products, and services to clients
- Keep the front desk, lobby, and retail area clean, organized, and guest-ready
