Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Confidence with sales and recommending services/products
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Retail, salon, or sales experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and create an amazing first impression
- Book appointments and assist with check-in/check-out
- Recommend memberships, add-ons, products, and hot tools
- Help drive sales while creating a fun, seamless guest experience
- Support the team in achieving salon goals
