About The Position

Drybar is a blow dry-only bar focused on providing blowouts, with no haircuts or color services. The Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative provides excellent customer service to clients in a fast-paced shop environment. The role involves supporting front-desk operations, using point-of-sale systems, and helping solve customer and operational problems. Franchise owners independently operate their shops and are responsible for employment decisions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-service-focused environment, such as retail sales, customer service, store, or salon associate work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multitask with ease.
• Technical ability and skills to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of shifts lasting 6–8 hours.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with point-of-sale systems is strongly preferred.
• Previous salon or spa experience is preferred but not required.
