This role involves creating an amazing first impression for every guest, managing bookings, check-ins, and phone calls, recommending products, hot tools, and memberships, and keeping the shop running smoothly alongside our stylists. We are looking for individuals with a friendly, professional, and reliable demeanor, strong communication and multitasking skills, a sales-minded approach with a passion for guest experience, and a positive, team-first attitude.
