About The Position

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales to meet and exceed targets. Reporting into the Store Manager, you are enthusiastic about professionally demonstrating beauty care products, suggesting routines that meet customers’ needs and sharing your knowledge and expertise about Laline products; ingredients, skincare benefits, application methods and price.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment.
  • Success in hitting sales targets.
  • Ability to learn new skills and product knowledge.
  • Open to receiving feedback for improvement in order to develop and grow.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting daily, weekly, monthly sales results and supporting in the creation of plans to achieve targets.

  • Protecting assets including internal & external theft, and inventory accuracy.
  • Supporting the successful integration and onboarding of new talent to your store.

  • Supporting and executing visual merchandising guidelines throughout your store.
  • Building brand loyalty through the membership program and driving future business.
  • Identifying opportunities for marketing initiatives to drive new & repeat clients and community engagement at the store level.
  • Ensuring you meet service, brand and product standards every day.
  • Ensuring you follow standard operational policies and procedures including health & safety, store maintenance, cleaning & replenishment, inventory management and cash systems as required.
  • Identifying and notifying your manager of any operational gaps that need addressed.
