About The Position

As a Seasonal Beauty Advisor / Seasonal Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the store team during our busiest seasons. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will engage with customers, share product knowledge, support sales goals, and help create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience. You are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and passionate about helping customers discover products that meet their needs. You enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and contributing to a positive team culture.

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous retail, sales, customer service, or beauty experience is an asset but not required.

  • Assisting customers in finding products that suit their needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrating product features, benefits, fragrances, and application methods.
  • Supporting the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Promoting current offers, promotions, and loyalty programs.
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Supporting store initiatives and daily priorities.
  • Participating in training and continuously developing product knowledge.
  • Demonstrating professionalism, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
  • Providing an elevated customer experience that reflects our brand values.
  • Maintaining product knowledge and staying informed about new launches and promotions.
  • Supporting visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
  • Building customer loyalty and encouraging repeat visits.
  • Assisting with replenishment, merchandising, inventory counts, and stock organization.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and store standards throughout each shift.
  • Following company policies and procedures, including cash handling and health & safety requirements.
  • Supporting loss prevention and inventory accuracy initiatives.
