About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an extraordinary Sales Associate with strong business building, sales, and management skills. The right candidate will be selected for our Assistant Manager in Training role. This ideal candidate must thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, embrace the idea of sharing in the success of the business, and have a passion for health and wellness or helping people. As a Sales Associate, you’ll play an integral role in cultivating and maintaining the Restore culture. We’re looking for a team-oriented individual with strong leadership qualities to assist our General Manager with a wide range of store operations. These include customer service, health and wellness education, sales, marketing initiatives, and more. Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze metrics and deliver action plans
  • Strong leadership skills, including coaching team members and delegating responsibility
  • Driven to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals
  • High ethics and integrity

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the health, fitness, customer service, retail, and/or wellness fields

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their wellness goals related to sports performance, recovery, pain management, beauty, longevity and general health through client care planning
  • Educate customers about Restore’s services and the health benefits they offer
  • Deliver a superior customer experience and ensure the team does the same
  • Assist with the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns and work to generate leads
  • Directly add to the team's successes by meeting Studio membership and sales goals
  • Maintain attention to detail and professionalism in all client communication platforms, lead follow-ups, and client interactions
  • Meet the community’s top athletes and fitness enthusiasts at local events and generate interest and excitement in Restore’s wellness services
  • Pinpoint and implement new social media trends
  • Represent Restore in the Community through partner events and pop-ups
  • Generate reports related to store performance
