About The Position

The Sales Assistant role is designed to support top-tier Sales Consultants by greeting guests, answering product questions, and assisting guests with understanding vehicle technology. This position offers a strong foundation for learning the automotive sales process by working alongside experienced consultants and serves as an excellent entry-level opportunity.

Requirements

• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests
• Answering product questions
• Assisting guests with vehicle technology
• Locating vehicles for presentation to potential buyers
• Ensuring vehicles are in excellent condition for presentation
• Setting up vehicle technology for guest deliveries
• Complying with manufacturer's personal delivery standards
• Scheduling second date appointments with previously sold guests for re-delivery and question answering
• Answering guest questions and providing assistance as needed
• Presenting products to guests in the showroom
• Scheduling aftermarket products and services
• Preparing BVA as needed
• Assisting Sales Consultant(s) as needed
• Taking vehicles for fueling after a purchase agreement
• Dropping off vehicles to the detail department
• Accepting vehicles back from detail and inspecting for cleanliness and condition
• Pairing customers with their new vehicles
• Connecting mobile devices, memorizing seat settings and stereo presets
• Explaining vehicle features in compliance with manufacturer's personalized delivery process
• Covering warranty and maintenance information
• Addressing guest surveys
• Assisting guests to the extent needed and answering all questions
