About The Position

COBS Bread is seeking personable Sales Assistants who are experts in freshness and providing customers with a great in-bakery experience. This role involves sharing enthusiasm for baked goods with loyal customers. No prior experience is necessary, only a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant retail experience.
• Experience in handling cash, credit card, and debit transactions.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team, providing an exceptional customer experience, and getting to know regular, loyal customers.
• Be responsible for merchandising product and executing marketing campaigns.
• Work alongside the team to keep the bakery clean.
• Assist with production as needed, including learning how to bake.
